You can find the details of all of sessions on this page, if you've not yet joined the club then you can join HERE. If you are a member but not yet in the members Facebook Group then you can join this HERE and access the various social runs and rides that are organised by members.

A regular email is sent to all members detailing the club training sessions, and any training news, and the Mersey Tri Members only Facebook Group is also regularly updated with the same information.

All club training sessions need to be booked through our (cashless) training session system Spond. You will be issued with the Spond registration link when you become a club member.

We are also pleased to offer non members the chance to attend at a club training session, as a "taster session" with a view to joining the club after this, just get in touch and let us know you are coming via our contact page https://merseytri.org.uk/contact.
