Sefton Park Tuesday Run Sessions 6.45 p.m FREE! Meeting at Sefton Park Boating lake on Aigburth Drive, L17 4JE.

These weekly club run sessions are great for improving your running as well as meeting fellow runners and socialising! The run sessions typically cover 6 km to 12 km including warm up and the focus of the sessions rotates each week. Sessions include intervals, negative splits and hills. Runners of all abilities are welcome and encouraged! Please note there are no changing facilities available. There is a free car park at the boating lake and also free car parking around park nearby.

Sessions at the 400m floodlit Chaffers Running Track within Rimrose Valley Country Park. Sessions typically covering around 8km including warm-up / warm-down. Each session focuses on a different aspect of Form & Technique. Sessions build through winter, preparing athletes for the coming season.

With prior approval of session coach, young people aged 15-17 are able to attend as long as they are accompanied by a club member who is also in attendance.

No changing facilities available. Free onsite car park. Bikes can be chained to the perimeter fence next to the track (at own risk). Please avoid parking on any of the residential access roads, particularly Glenwyllin road.All abilities welcome
