Zwift Intervals (06.00am)

Zwift Interval Session @ 6:00am by Jay Brittles

Friday morning is time for the second of our weekly Zwift Sessions, this session begins at 06:00 and the length of the session will vary each week but should last around an hour, it is more strength based with higher intensity intervals. Join for as long or as little of the session as you like. Members can follow Jay Brittles on the Zwift companion for an invite, just put (Mersey Tri) after your user name or message Jay.
