Mondays – Virtual Yoga Class (18:00)
Mondays mean a virtual yoga session via Zoom from our very own Megan Halewood
The session will begin at 6pm and will last for approximately half an hour. Megan takes us on a yoga journey with a 3 week block followed by a week of Yin Yoga to really help us focus and stretch us out.
