Athletic Background: Played football from a young age, into mid 20's. Then climbed all the time all over the world with ice climbing being my favourite.

Biggest sporting achievement to date?: Finishing the first Iron Distance race, City to Summit in 35th place.

Favourite workout?: Cycling

Least Favourite Workout?: Running

Worst Habit ?: Never stretch enough and motivating myself to run.

Favourite song to train to / motivate?: Anything by Foo Fighters

Something about you that many people do not know?: I snapped my Anterior Cruciate Ligament flying a kite!

If you could tell other athletes one thing you have learned so far in your training what would it be?: Enjoy your training, makes it all the easier.

What is your ultimate goal as an athlete?: To represent Age group for GB

Favourite Race / Course?: Hellvelyn

What's your most memorable racing moment?: Crossing the finish line at IronMan Sweden, after vomiting at 76 miles on the bike.

Any unusual race day routines or superstitions?: Not really, just staying relaxed.

What race / event / ride is on your bucket list?: Arc to Arch and Alpe D'Huez triathlon
