Head Coach Wanted

Purpose To implement and support a safe and effective training programme that assists the Club’s coaches and triathletes. Help to develop and deliver the vision for the  club and its coaching team.

Is this role for me? The role would suit someone who is a qualified Level 2 /Level 3 BTF coach who has recent coaching experience. It would also suit someone who has  experience in managing, supporting  and coordinating people. The role holder would need to be ‘hands -on’ and visible at the club's main internal and public facing events.

Closing Date: The role is being reintroduced to the Club for 2021. The role has recently been performed by the Coaching Sub Committee. The role will be advertised at the Clubs AGM in November 2020 but applications are required to be submitted by email to the Club Secretary secretary@merseytri.org.uk  by Sunday 22nd November 2020 outlining relevant experience, to include the key attributes and skills as detailed below.
