Swim: 3pm to 4pm Coached session Oval Leisure Centre, Old Chester Road, Bebington.
Cost: £2.00.
Newcomers need to complete a swim trial before attending swim sessions. The trial consists of swimming 100m using a recognisable front crawl stroke. Trials are held at 3pm prompt on the first Sunday of each month.
